Looking through the eyes of Jesus

Many believers want to be good Christians. They help people, non-profit organizations, food programs, shelters, donate money to the poor and all kinds of acts kindness and compassion.

Now look through the eyes of Jesus.

My father I adore you. Your will is my command. Not my will be done, your will be done.

Honor your father and your mother.

Are you? Yes, but they did this and that to me. How can I honor them?

(Jesus Eyes) Your mother and father gave you life, so you could become a child of my father, and give Him Praise and Glory. That’s why you Honor your Parents. I did not ask you to respect them. Respect is earned. Respecting your Parents is created in us when they took care of you and loved you the best they know how. If they did not take good care of you, then there is no creation of respect in you for them.

But….you are required to take care of them. That is Gods command. This can be your greatest victory over the devil.  Take care means,” Provide for them”. They are Children of the living God just like you are. Pray that they learn from your actions about Gods Grace and forgiveness. You have an opportunity to bring two children back to the living God.  Do they deserve this in our human eyes? No, but through Jesus eyes every soul lost for the kingdom of God is one to many. His tears are for them, the sick. He came for the sick so He could heal them. Not for the healthy people. Our vision must be like Jesus. Save the lost. The children of God we gave up on, our enemies, bad classmates, co-workers or employer. Look through Jesus eyes, not yours and your feelings. But be safe. Do not approach a harmful dangerous person.  Pray for them that they will find God. Provide for your parents. Pay for their needs if they’re poor. Help them with food, a nurse or anything they need. That is how you honor them. You do not have to be present to give. If you like to be known for you generosity, and you need the reward of praise from their mouth or the people who see what you have done, so be it. But God tells you, “Why would I reward you, you already received your reward.

Look through the eyes of Jesus, and make all children CHILDREN of the Living God. Even if we think they do not deserve it.
